12 Weeks to Fit is a Corrective Exercise Program that gets you moving optimally, with correct posture. The 12 week program consists of three levels:
Just Roll With It
We start with Foam Rolling to prepare the body for movement. Smooth out any knots in your muscles to reduce pain, prevent injury, and increase range of motion.
This level of training promotes stabilization and endurance with a circuit-style workout aimed at increasing core strength, correcting posture, and getting the body to move optimally.
Kettlebell Power Training
Now that your body is realigned ensuring proper movement, high energy conditioning exercises could be performed safely bringing you on the road to improved overall fitness!
