Small Group Personal Training


The Small Group Personal Training option allows you to work out with a personal trainer in small groups of up to 5 women. Workouts are tailored to you. Efficient workouts mean quick results. Reap the benefits of personal training at a fraction of one-on-one training costs. Get one month for $280, or a minimum of three months for $250 per month.

 

What you’ll get:

  • 2 weekly small group Personal Training sessions (with an option of 3 or more sessions)
  • Monthly Fitness Assessment to measure:
    • Weight
    • Full body fat %
    • Total body water%
    • Full muscle mass
    • Physique rating
    • Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
    • Metabolic age
    • Bone mass
    • Visceral fat

 

How it works:

Set up an appointment for your first consultation to discuss your health and exercise history, fitness goals, and have your first fitness assessment. Choose the timings for your sessions. Then come to your sessions and be on your way to reaching your fitness goals! Exercises will be modified for your personal fitness level and physical capabilities.
