If you have suffered an injury or had a surgery, your doctor may prescribe Physical Therapy to help you recover. Physical Therapists are responsible for getting that particular joint moving. It is meant as a starting point to recovery so it doesn’t address the entire body’s well-being, leaving you vulnerable to reinjury. This is where Post-Rehabilitation Corrective Exercise comes in.

Even if you are not required to attend Physical Therapy, I will develop a structured approach to exercise to strengthen the entire body so it provides the support you need for a more complete recovery.
