Cardiorespiratory Endurance Training will get you breathing better and your heart working more efficiently. Just like with other types of exercise, it has to be progressive. Train at the level of your body – even if it’s just breathing exercises – and progress or even regress as needed. And remember: You don’t have to be stuck on a boring treadmill to do it!! Let’s get out and play!

Biking

Exercise without realizing.
Helmet and appropriate type of bicycle required.
Can’t ride a bicycle? No problem. Contact me to schedule a 1-on-1 session to get you started.
Hiking
– smooth and rocky terrain –
beginner/intermediate level trails
Being outdoors is an excellent option for a good workout and stress relief. Studies show that being out in nature is great for mental health. Add to it exercise and great company! What more could you need?
Inline Skating
– for fitness –
for beginner/intermediate level skaters
Oh, the freeing feeling of skating! Excellent for balance and core strength.
Helmet, wrist guards, and inline skates required.

Kayaking Trips
– life on the water –
for all levels
We’ll take regular trips to various lakes. There’s just something about being out on the water that makes it so relaxing!
Having your own Kayak and life jacket is best but they are sometimes available for rent depending on location and time of year. I’ll let you know if they are.
