I’ll make you a customized exercise program to make sure you are on the right track. Go to a gym? Don’t have much equipment? No problem. I will adjust your program so you could use the equipment available to you as well as help you choose which gym classes will benefit you most. Add to that weekly check-ins from me and you’re set!
